What is your return policy?

Rosie King Jewels creates each piece to order - therefore RKJ jewellery cannot be returned.

Please note it will take at least 14 days to create your piece. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.

How long should I wait for my order?

All RKJ pieces are made-to-order therefore each piece will take at least 14 days to arrive. We will keep you updated but please feel free to contact via our contact page with any queries regarding your order.

What is Vermeil?

Vermeil is a heavy 18ct gold plating on sterling silver.

How should I look after my jewellery?

If you look after your plated piece by wiping with a soft cloth, keeping your jewellery in separate boxes and avoid wearing it in water and whilst carrying out manual tasks. You may need to replate it after a while, which RKJ are happy to help with at an extra charge.
